What I liked:
“Rooms were reasonably sized and in *excellent* condition.
Pool scene was smallish, very happening, yet welcoming.
Staff was very helpful.
Free shuttle service was great.
Location!”
What the hotel could do better:
“Nothing, much, really. Parking was valet only and expensive.”

What I liked:
“The staff is fantastic. They were always cheerful and helpful, even after I switched rooms about 4 times.
The location is also excellent - right at the base of Aspen mountain next to The Little Nell. Great ski-in, ski-out facilities.
The public spaces are superb. 39 Degrees is host to what must be the hippest, youngest apres-ski scene in Aspen.”
What the hotel could do better:
“The exterior-entrance rooms. They are well designed, but very noisy in the morning when everyone tromps out to the mountain in their ski boots. Spend a little extra and make sure the room has an interior entrance. And if you can swing it, get one on the second or third floors - nice balconies with more privacy than the first.
I'm also not sure if any of the rooms really have an actual mountain view, as advertised.”
