1. “The Auckalnd Hilton is a lovely place to stay, as it is situated on the pier and so close to the water. It was great to be able to retreat from the city into the calm hotel. We loved the restaurant, White and also the bar downstairs.”

2. “It is a lovely hotel - great position and beautiful bedrooms. And the bar and restaurant look great too. It was let down by the slow and disorganised service in the (expensive) restaurant at dinner - wouldn't eat there again but there are great restaurants nearby to go to.”

3. “typical hilton hotels you always leave feeling robbed. i dont mind paying for a decent hotel but they charge you for everything. i was there for 4 nights and they charged 60 NZD for internet,i put my washing out on thursday morning but they didnt take it till fri then charged me double weekend rate, there is a bottle of water put by your bed everynight that has a 9 dollar price tag on it. as a friend put it staying in a hilton hotel.... is like being chatted up in a bar by a nice lady then finding out she is a prostitute”
