Great Hotel. Stayed here a few times and it is always excellent. Love the healthy restaurant on the first floor, the nightclub is very cool, but at the same time, free of that attitude so oftern found in clubs. The rooms are first rate, the bathrooms in particular.Love this place.

The rooms are really spacious and we had room service which was excellent.

The rooms are spacious the bathroom very nice. The restaurant food is excellent but the interior not warm enough.

Metro hotel is a true design jem. No detail is missed and no plastic exists anywhere. However, the service did not match up to the hotels sleek design. Language was a problem and the concierge and front desk were not as competant as would be expected (ie, reservations were not made although promised by concierge, concierge/front desk could not give directions to popular night spots...)

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel bar, the lobby and decoration

The most comfortable ben linens I've ever slept on. Ditto for the bathrobes. Wonderful gym and pool. Great restaurants.

I was disappointed with my room but the level of service was impeccable. I sent my expensive shoes to be polished and they were ruined .... but they refunded me for two nights which just about covered the cost ... they were also very helpful with finding a pharamcy. The spa was lovely.

The staff here are amazing and attentive. They were very aware of my needs.

looks like an older hotel that have been turned into something design. Looks good, service is perfect, but it's aging fast and you could smell old carpets in the hallways and see dirt on walls from usage.

Superb hotel with excellent staff, location and facilities. I would recommend this hotel to ANYONE headed for Bangkok. Also, conveniently located to Lumpinee Boxing Stadium

Very large rooms for the money. In fact I would say the rooms are a kind of suites. The location is right besides the Banyantree Hotel where you can have a drink in the rooftop bar with a spectacular view over the city. The Lumpini Nightmarket is just a short walk away. Its more a business than a tourist area.

I was impressed with the excellent design throughout the hotel - not just the lobby and/or public spaces. Th ehallways were a bit of an anomoly, but otherwise it was excellent! The staff were also incredibly cool (as in hip, not cold) and very helpful and attentive.
