“Over designed. The bathroom would have been unusable for elderly or disabled as you had to climb into a sort of trough bath.
Staff not very friendly.”

“The room was overall a nice one and the balcony and view were a nice experience.”
What the hotel could do better:
“the bar closed too early, staff could not tell where to go or what to do. nobody helped from the parking to the room with lugagge. the bill charge had an error. services were not really working...”

What I liked:
“Situated directly on Espanya Plaza where you can catch most major metros to center of the city or its outskirts (montserrat, stadium olympic)
Curious bathroom layout. Modern fixtures and a comfortable bed.
Relaxing pool, after a long days worth of walking around to enjoy a drink with a fantastic view of the plaza.
This hotel will probably get pricier after they finish building in the plaza. They are renovating the stadium there and another high end condo is being built across the street. Take advantage of this great hotel while its still affordable.”

What I liked:
“Great design and style throughout, excellent lobby and bar area. Comfortable, spacious rooms and the price couldn't be beat. Although technically rated 3-star, it feels more like a 4-star with 2-star prices. Easily my favorite hotel in Europe. If you like the Standard Hotel in LA, minus the scene, you'll love this place.
Breakfast finally features soy milk available to the guests which is a definite plus.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Wi-Fi was not working at all for me, kept getting disconnected or poor signal strength.
The pool needs to be heated. A waste if it can't be used.”
