What I liked:
“Good location downtown, close to subway. Excellent quality rooms and service. Beautiful space, although coming from California it's still weird when I travel somewhere that has smoking in the lobby. I had several clients to meet and the lounge offered a good setting.”
What the hotel could do better:
“There were good deals on the rooms, but watch out! The price for any meal is outrageous. You cannot get breakfast for under US$30. Dinners are worse. 1 coffee=$10 vs. $2 at the starbucks right outside. Printing > $1 per page. Just be aware that this is a top quality hotel and prices for everything will reflect that even if there are great deals on the room price.
The good news is there are much cheaper meal alternatives nearby, it just takes some time and being adventurous. Being there for business it would have been helpful to be able to grab a quick bite at the hotel, but when one meal nearly wipes out my entire day's per diem, it's time to shop around.”
