“L'hotel non è lontano dalla metropolitana ed è molto carino. Le persone sono cordiali e le stanze molto molto pulite. Per il prezzo pagato credo di aver ricevuto un buonissimo servizio.”

“Non mi è piaciuto solo dover pagare appena arrivata. Non ero preparata alla cosa e non avevo i contanti con me. Non c'è minibar nella stanza. Se vi andate in periodo caldo, portatevi da bere per la notte.”

“The rooms are terribly Spartan. I jokingly referred to it as the "Totalitarian Hotel". Counter service was misinformed and generally unfriendly.
The bar staff was awful and uninterested in even decent service. I was even tempted to jump my bill they she was so rude.
And if it couldn't get worse, the breakfast in the AM was a recipe for an all day heartburn. Don't stay here if you can avoid it.
At one point I woke up in the middle of the night and the room was terribly stuffy. I called to the front desk asking where I could find the air conditioning switch. "That's only for upper-class rooms". I bet. Had I known that I would have gladly paid the extra $$ to have air conditioning.
I mean, even Motel Six has air conditioning.
This place in no way deserves a 17. I have stayed at other Tablet recommended hotels in the 17-17.5 range and they blow this place out of the water.
Look elsewhere.”
