“nice large comfortable / yet sterile bed and room. good location near boston harbour.”
What the hotel could do better:
“very corporate, not friendly, and not the level of service i expect from a 4 star hotel with a high opinion of itself. i have stayed at intercontinentals before and they've been pretty reliable but this stay was a disappointment. wake up call didn't happen, and another important call i was expecting was not rung through to my room which made me miss a business meeting. complaints to the manager yeilded me a free breakfast, but the damage to my schedule was done. i will not return here. doesn't seem to fit in with the tablet "personality" if that makes sense.”
