What I liked:
“Nicely renovated room with a sunset view over the rooftops - it was a pleasant way to begin the evening. The staff is helpful and friendly and food/drinks were very good. We did not have dinner at the Peninsula Grill, to our regret; hopefully we can do so next time. The location could not be better, as it is in the midst of Charleston's historic district.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Nothing; Had a wonderful stay!”

What I liked:
“Good location and very attractive building. The public spaces were welcoming and well furnished. The staff on the front desk were very good.
The rooms were fine - which was disappointing as this hotel has been judged to be one of the best in the US.
Walking tour with James arranged by the hotel was worthwhile and enjoyable.
Good dinner at Mercado - the hotel's restaurant next door.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Not really worth the money.”
