What I liked:
“The location is great, it is within easy driving distances to a number of costwolds destinations. The country estate is absolutely wonderful.”
What the hotel could do better:
“All style but little substance. The hotel tries too hard to be trendy. The food is just awful. One gets a sense that there is not a culture of professionalism and taking pride in their work amongst the staff members.
This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel, but is completely let down by the service.”
