    What I liked:

“Fantastic location in the heart of the city. It was a nice hotel, what you would expect at a W Hotel though. The room service food was really good.”

What the hotel could do better:

“As with most higher priced hotels, they nickel and dime for everything. Internet access was 15gbp a day (about $25!) and valet was about $40. You would think when you are spending so much for a hotel some of these amenities would be a little more reasonable (if not included - internet). I was also disappointed that I couldn't get an appointment at the spa since that was definitely part of the reason I booked at this hotel.”

    What I liked:

“Easy access to major attractions, service was excellent. Room decor needs a bit of a freshen up but in a way has it's own charm.”

What the hotel could do better:

    “That I couldn't stay longer”

    What I liked:

“Location, Food... great breakfast, Ambiance...afternoon tea in the Palm Bar is superb, Staff made up for the dislikes.”

What the hotel could do better:

“Rooms were bland and lacked colour, comfortable but not luxurious, they need to replace the windows. Watch out for the £25 a day parking charge.”

    What I liked:

“From the moment we walked through the revolving door we were impressed by the quality of service and excellent facilities. We booked a best room available and were pleasantly surprised as to the size of the room. On a busy easter weekend best available only had an inside view but it hardly mattered as we were out and about during daylight hours. The bed linens were so soft and the bed was heavenly. The bath was the largest I have had in a UK hotel and nicely outfitted with marble and towel warmer. The concierge services were the best we have ever received from helping us to obtain reservations to aiding us in booking a car. The tea at the Balmoral was excellent and the service was very pleasant. We will return.”
