What I liked:
“Totally white interior. Incredibly helpful staff. My friend and I were got in late Sunday night - were looking for a hot gay dance bar to attend that night - and the front office staff spent 30 minutes surfing and calling to find the best places.
Breakfast was great - finally eggs and sausages included in a full breakfast - not to mention the shrimp and roast beef!
Rooms very night - a little small - but what can you expect for the price. Great location right next to the Frankfurt train station.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Not one thing - definitely a find!”

What I liked:
“We were greeted by very pleasant and efficient staff and offered a much needed drink in the bar adjacent to the check in desk. The staff helped with dinner reservations and were all round excellent.
The hotel is minimalist but stylish, comfortable and friendly and is in a great location.
I lived in Frankfurt for 6 years leaving more than 20 years ago. There was certainly nothing as stylish as this in my day!!”
What the hotel could do better:
“Like most "style hotels" the gym is a little small and the quantity of cardio equipment is invariably insufficient. There is one x-trainer, one running machine, one rowing machine and one bike, so basically only 4 people can work out at once assuming they are all happy to use different equipment. I observe these days that most people want to use a bike or a x-trainer (elliptical for the American readers) so I feel this could be given some attention.
My wife thought the shower, which was over the bath (but very nice, she insists, with great products), could have been better designed as the screen did not prevent her soaking the entire bathroom.”

What I liked:
“It felt like a brief pause in time. When I entered I was transfixed by the seductive atmosphere. Even the music evoked moments for dreaming and getting lost in myself. Location was good and staff was superb.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Tiny little wrinkled robes.”

What I liked:
“The staff was incredibly service oriented and very helpful. The lounge space on the main floor is lovely - comfortable and well designed. The morning breakfast was very, very good. The bathroom and shower are very nice as well. I had a small terrace in my room, and had the weather been nice, I would have really enjoyed that.”
What the hotel could do better:
“I really found the bed to be uncomfortable - duvet too small and flat, pillow too flat. The bed was not luxurious at all. And not many amenities to the room - I did not have a clock to set for wake up. Needed a wine bottle opener and did not have that either. I think minor additions to the room would make the stay that much more perfect.”
