“Atmosphere and style, the sheer elegance of the Hotel was inspiring.

“Dissapointed having to pay 100 euro for 1 week internet connection which was very slow. I would have thought that such a hotel charging those rates should provide free internet access. It makes a sophisticated, elegant hotel seem so misely. If they insist on charging for internet they should ensure super fast connection.
Also having to pay for breakfast was also wrong. again once the rates get to a certain level a few inclusions makes it more palatable.”

“Having to pay extra for internet access. In this day and age, I would expect it to be part of the offering of any 5 star hotel.”

“There is an air of opulence, comfort, quality and serennity about this place which is not expected in a city like Frankfurt. Bravo Rocco Forte. This is an oasis which no one should go by without stopping.”
