What I liked:
“I have never received such amazing service anywhere else in the world. It felt like the entire staff, even the bell boys, knew who we were, why we were there, what our itinerary for each day was, and truly wanted us to have the best time. Staff would ask us how our cooking class went, how we enjoyed our visit to a neighboring town, etc. The rooms were amazing and the restaurants were truly outstanding. The meal we had in their main dining room is in the top 5 of the best meals I've ever had (and I've eaten at many Michelin starred restaurants).”
What the hotel could do better:
“I honestly cannot say anything bad about this hotel. The prices may be high, but it's worth every little penny. You cannot go wrong here.”
