What I liked:
“I've been to the hotel probably 15-20 times, it's my hotel of choice after traveling 10 years to London (10-20x/yr). So I like everything I've always liked about The Soho, location, tons of different kinds of restaurants nearby, excellent service, great rooms, etc.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Like I said, I've been to the hotel 15-20 times. I would have thought that they would have automatically upgraded me to a room larger than the one originally given me ... that was a hole in the wall. I had to request and pay extra for the upgrade. I just don't think that's good business practice. Loyalty should be acknowledged and rewarded.”

What I liked:
“Kit Kemp - what a great designer. The Soho Hotel went beyond any reasonable expectation I could have for any hotel. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to get away from it all. It's amazingly quiet in a very busy neighborhood.”

What I liked:
“Smooth, pleasant stay at the Soho Hotel. The room we stayed in was fabulous. Very clean, spacious, well designed in a modern country english look. Bed was firm and a real king size, too - not 2 twin beds put together. Loved the huge bathroom. It has both shower and bath with two sinks. Facilities were excellent, too. The gym is adequate enough for cardio but not if you want a real workout - more cardio machines than free weights. The service is top notch. Great attention to detail. Loved the hip & happening bar & restaurant.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Location is not ideal. It is far from the tube and most taxi cabs don't know where it is. The location is at an end of an alley and close to a lot of bars so if your room on a low floor and facing the street, then there will be a noise problem. Grungy, hip neighborhood. Wish this posh hotel is also in a posh neighborhood.”
