“Absolutely superb short break. The understated but ever present customer service was just how it should be. Even when I was being a bit think and couldn't find the secret chocolate and snacks compartment in the mini bar!
Nothing was too much trouble, we only had to ask.
Great shower!
Great location right next to Plaza Santa Ana, and close to the legend that is Viva Madrid.”

“The size of the room, relative to the price, was a bit smaller than I would wish. But thats all.”

What I liked:
“The regular rooms are really a bit too small, so we had to upgrade. Once upgraded we got an excellent spacious accommodation with a superb view of the square in front of the hotel. The room facilities (i.e. stereo system, DVD player, minibar, etc) are really cool. Concierge service was extremely helpful getting us the hard-to-get tickets, sorting out VIP treatment in night clubs and recommending and reserving the right restaurants. The Penthouse bar upstairs is really worth checking out - a good place to start an evening especially during the warm summer days.”

“I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff. I did not use that many of the facilities actually. If I go to Madrid again, I will stay in this hotel again.”
