    What I liked:

“The security at this hotel is exemplary. The Japanese restaurant is also superb. If you need travel arrangements, a car for hire, or just to hear violin in the evening this hotel is excellent. I've stayed at other hotels in the vicinity and none compare.”

What the hotel could do better:

“One night we needed to extend our stay by a day and they were booked, refused to make any exceptions for us regardless of the fact we were staying within their hotel for about one month. That is unacceptable.”

    What I liked:

“Its easy to figure out why most foreigners that come to Manila have pleasant experience with the hotel. The hotel aims to please and spoil the guest. The amenities that come with the hotel have yet to be matched by another hotel in our years of travel. The food is incomparable.”

What the hotel could do better:

“It is located in the heart of the city so the streets are congested most waking hours of the day. However, i find that to be part of the appeal of the hotel.”

What the hotel could do better:

“Very friendly staff but lacking in coordination. Requests are sometimes not passed on in your file. It took ages to find my booking...”
