“The location of the hotel is amazing. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant to dine at.”
What the hotel could do better:
“We tried to cancel this booking 3 days before and the Park Hyatt were extremely difficult about it. In fact they wouldn't let us cancel the booking at all. To even change the date we would have lost 50% of our deposit. It took the overall shine off our stay.”
