   What I liked:

   “Location is great if you want to be in the center of town.”

   What the hotel could do better:

   “This hotel has had no real competition and it shows. The rates are too high and they charge excessively for internet access and buffet breakfast. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.”

   “Good sized rooms, shower, spa was nice, very god central location”

   What the hotel could do better:

   “There was an event on at the time of our stay which took over everything and consequently distracted staff from their day jobs. We were refused entry to a bar despite there being no notice that it was closed for a private event and were treated extremely rudely by the staff in that area. This poor attitude overshadowed our stay and we cannot recommend a hotel that ignores its paying customers. Very disappointing for the price.”
