What I liked:
“Un ottimo design/boutique hotel in una posizione invidiabile:
- a 50 metri dal duomo (dalla finestra della mia camera si vedeva la madinin)
- a 50 metri da galleria vittorio emanuele
- a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Scala
La hall è molto piccola ma decisamente chic, con un materasso viola sospeso al centro della sala.
Anche la camera era un po piccola ma con tutti i comfort (inclusi jacuzzi, impiano hi-fi, dvd e tv lcd). L'inteior design è di livello molto alto, in stile fusion (hi-tech con vari elementi etnici).”

“Il prezzo forse un po troppo elevato il relazione al valore ma è un problema generale che credo ci sia in tutte le strutture di un certo livello in zona.
Il personale è efficiente ma decisamente freddo. In un boutique hotel ci si aspetta uno staff più cordiale.”

What I liked:
“The design and the location are the best feature. It looks great all around, very modern style, almost conceptual. The location is also unbeatable, one block away from the Duomo, but far from via Torino.”
What the hotel could do better:
“The staff is not polite nor courteous. They are not helpful and pretty much spoiled the good time we could have had there. You really don't feel welcome there.”

“The location was fantastic, the hotel room was lovely and the bathroom was great.”

“The aircon was broken, I woke up in the night either hot or freezing and only the front desk could change it. The restaurant was too overpriced for what you got.”
