“We liked the location of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff (also towards our dog!!!). As mentioned in the reports, staff is really friendly and helpfull.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Of all the Mandarins we have stayed, this has not the same added value as the others (Hong Kong, Tokyo, New York, London). If you choose to stay in this hotel because it is a Mandarin hotel and have certain expectations, I believe you would as we were slightly disapointed (overall design of room and bathroom, size of gym, atmosphere bar). In this case you stay in just a good German hotel!”
