“Close to the train station”
What the hotel could do better:
“King Size bed was in act 2 beds that would not stay together so you could not really use it as a king size, room was a bit run down, city view a joke since the hotel is build inside an old building but storeys do not match, so view is actually looking at the wall. When I complained about the king size bed, they said they are sorry but claimed that they have no king size beds!! Overall: not a prime location and bad value for money. Will not book again.”

What I liked:
“A very stylish hotel, with a location that will be ideal for some, less than ideal for others. It's literally right next door to Munich's main train station, which is enormously convenient if access to the S-bahn or intercity trains is important, or if you're arriving late or on a Sunday, when all the other stores in town will be closed. It's an easy walk to the main shopping and historic areas, but the immediate environs are a more commercial and less upscale than the areas closer to Marianplatz, where some of the other high-end hotels are located. The room was attractive, minimalist-posh, very comfortable, with a relatively small but high-tech bathroom. If you like slick modern design, you'll like this.”

“For vacationers, other locations might be quieter, prettier, and more historic. Warning -- if you need Internet access, the price is outrageously high, especially for a hotel of this calibre.”

“Rooms are very modern and very clean. Staff at the reception was very friendly.”
What the hotel could do better:
“When we came down for breakfast at 10:32 am we were told we would not be able to have breakfast since they stopped service at 10:30 am. I forgot that we were in Germany were everything is on time but I would have expected to get at least a cup of coffee and a small bite. We were very disappointed about this since we heard so much about the breakfast so we kind of left the hotel on a sour note although the overall experience was very pleasant.”
