What I liked:
“The front office staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
They were knowledgeable about the restaurants around the island and we had several memorable meals as a result.
The location is unbeatable! Close enough to the centre of action yet sufficiently isolated from the noise.”
What the hotel could do better:
“That drinking water was chargeable was somewhat annoying.
The mattress could have been of a better standard.”

What I liked:
“We adored Sakis, Charis and the entire staff! They could not have been more helpful in creating the PERFECT stay for us. The location was absolutely the best, the rooms were beautiful (huge bathroom) and the pool with its view was to dye for! We loved every minute and hated to leave! We willreturn!!!”
What the hotel could do better:
“Aside from the slow internet connection on the in-house computer (no wireless), we can't think of a thing we didn't LOVE about the Theoxenia!”

What I liked:
“The staff at the hotel were really amazing. Harry (one of the managers), Magdalena (front desk manager) and all of the pool/restaurant staff were amazing attentive but never intrusive. We booked the cheapest room and it was totally more than adequate. The hotel, grounds, pool, etc are very unique for Mykonos. There is so much space.”
What the hotel could do better:
“To be honest, I can't say there is anything that I disliked.”

“Excellent location, superb service, relaxed atmosphere (you actually forget the worst of Mykonos: the crowds), and a great restaurant, simple but with a good cuisine.”

What I liked:
“The location is great - right on the sea behind the windmills. It was nice being right by the water, the majority of other hotels in Mykonos town are not. Our deluxe room was very nice, the bathroom is really cool with separate bathtub and all glass shower. The outdoor lounge area is very nice, we would sit and watch the sunset over the sea each night.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Bar could be more happening if they played music, created an atmosphere, etc. Was never anyone at the bar when we were there. There is no wireless internet, although there was an internet cafe really close by in town that was pretty cheap. We just went there every morning to check emails, etc.”
