What I liked:
“The service couldn't have been better, with pleasant manner and no fuzz. We were taken by the hotel from the moment we arrived and the first impression stayed through out our 4 nights stay. The location was excellent, with several good restaurants on the same street, and the hotel bar kept us happy before and after dinner with it's tasty drinks.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Selection of amenities in the room were poorish, so bring your own cotton pads and such.”

What I liked:
“Big enough to have great service and facilities but small enough to feel very personal. Great service from all, especially concierges who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Design of public areas is very simple and elegant and the location really can't be beat.
Some earlier reviews suggested paintwork and carpets were a bit tired, but that problem clearly has been resolved.”
