What I liked:
“Originally booked the hotel based on 2 elements, the style; which lived up to expectations and the spa; which was closed throughout the stay.”
What the hotel could do better:
“The PA (concierge service) was below par for a 5 star hotel. The staff were not knowledgeable about local restaurants, and information, etc..
Taxi's were also an issue at the hotel.”

“The bar was very small (and empty). Definitely somewhere to go for the rooms and service but not for a lively atmosphere.”

“Design, location, and service. The service was surprisingly good and very friendly / flexible. Technology-friendly with ipod docking stations and good wireless internet connections.”

“Rooms may be a little dark for some people due to heavy use of black.”
