What I liked:
“We felt immediately at home. The grounds, the villa were beautiful, and the service ultra professional and attentive. Alberto, our personal butler, was also very attentive and took care of any small problem or request cheerfully and promptly. Perhaps we were there in a bit of a slow season as we timed this with large tarpon fishing elsewhere (mid-August), but felt we virtually had the place to ourselves. Soothing, beautiful. We loved the soap and bought several bars to remind us of our visit. Now that we know, we will plan for a longer stay next time and will enjoy the spa.”
What the hotel could do better:
“There was nothing we disliked. The outdoor shower did not turn completely off however.”

“Victor and Anna, both of them did everything to make our stay to the best ever. The Butler Service is a good idea and something more resorts should consider.”
