“With all the positive reviews that I saw for this hotel, I must say I was slightly underwhelmed. The women at the front desk were wonderful, not so the men. The ladies were very helpful in providing directions and advise, the men were just business-like. Two nights out of three, chocolates were only left for one person. When we enquired, the front desk said they thought only one person was staying in the room. Funny that both beds were turned down though. It was nice to have the coffee/espresso machine always available. Breakfast was very nice also.”

“Nothing I guess, I'm just not sure what all the superlatives from other reviewers were for.”

“Great location. Warm and welcoming service. Lovely continental breakfast.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Very dark room, which was a bit basic. Given tickets for daily tours on a rickshaw, which we paid for as part of our room price and never used them. Would have preferred if this was optional.”
