What I liked:
“Comfortable beds.”
What the hotel could do better:
“A 5 min. direct dial telephone call to the UA cost 108 BRL about 62 USD. I thought this was excessive and stated so at checkout.”

What I liked:
“There is nothing NOT to like about this hotel! It provides world class service and the staff is exceptionally wonderful! I'd give it a REAL "5 Star" rating without reservation. Note that this comes from someone who has been a consultant to Ritz-Carlton Hotels, so I know a little about top quality service!”
What the hotel could do better:
“Absolutely nothing!”

What I liked:
“It's the grand lady of hotels in the city. It doesn't have the edge of the Fasano (or thankfully the wanna be showmanship of its guests) but it has substance and more traditional refined appeal. It has much history, a great location, and last but not least for me, the best pool possible. The room was also quite spacious and we enjoyed the proportions and great ceiling heights.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Nothing.”
