“the rooms with the glass showers and open bathroom layout could do with a door to the toilet room, unless you plan on staying by yourself.”

“style and atmosphere was excellent. Rooms were excellent. Conecierge and front desk service was great. Even room service was quick late at night.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Valet seemed poorly organized. Professionalism at the valet desk was hit and miss. Sunday morning the concierge had to run and get our car. She said it was really busy. There was no one else waiting except us, though, and while we were curbside the "real" valet came around the corner looking like he'd just come down from the bar upstairs. Professionalism for the valets needs some work!”

“the room was one of the nicest--and the most interesting--that i've experienced in many years. very upscale and stylish, while still being extremely comfortable. my dinner through room service was exceptional. the total experience was true bliss: great staff, superb food, and totally comfortable environment and room.”
