2. “One of the best hotel in regards to service and location. The guest relations there takes a great interest in the enjoyment of your tay. The restaurant is one of the best in the wold that I have been too.”

4. “I got a room at a discounted rate of US$800/night. When I tried to use the shower, the showerhead was clogged and there was very little water coming out of it, and what little water came out went in all directions but my head. I asked for it to be taken care of and it worked much better after that. I requested plates and cups, and each time the room was made up, despite my request to have those plates and cups alwasy in the room, I had to call room service and request again. There was hardly a doorman to open the door, even when I was carrying my kids. Front desk staff very arrogant.”
