“The check in procedure was superb.
The mess at the airport, the traffic ..and then when you enter the hotel it feels like heaven. The spacious - I mean spacious- entrance/looby/front desk is sooo serene.
The courtesy of the staff. Without getting bored you listen to every detail they tell you about how stuff works in the room. How they enjoy their job is so obvious.
Loved every detail in the room. Especially the bathroom.”
What the hotel could do better:
“The concierge services is poor. It was my first time in Sao Paulo and they could not advice me what to see, what to do. I was very disappointed. Becuase of their poor sugestions I did not experience the city.”

What I liked:
“The hotel is truly an urban oasis. The rooftop pool is amazing and the indoor pool is even better (It was a total surprise since I did not even know there was one until I went to explore the hotel).
We had lunch there and the food was also excellent.
We got upgraded upon arrival and got a large room that was really nice. Beautiful bathroom, great views of the city and very high tech. THe building is an architectural masterpiece in itself.”
What the hotel could do better:
“I thought that a drinks were excesively expensive, but definitely good. I guess you pay for the amazing atmosphere.”

What I liked:
“I absolutely love the Unique hotel! From the design, the rooms and the service, it is one of my favourite city hotels. Everything is so comfortable and luxurious and the staff are really polite and extremely helpful.”
What the hotel could do better:
“My only dislike it the top restuarant lacks atmosphere - rather bland and clinical. Could be more inviting.”
