“The New Majestic Hotel was just as how your website described it. The service of the hotel was good and the staff, specially the front desk, were very efficient. The location and accessibility of the hotel is also good - just a stone's throw from a subway station. If I had to nitpick on a downside of the hotel, the rooms were on the smallish-cramped side. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience for me.”

“excellent location , MRT 50 mts at end of street. China town a refreshing change from all the high rises in CBD . Did not want the usual concrete tower hotel experience so was not disappointed . Smaller loby and restaurant than expected would have been nice if included a small bar where you could enjoy a drink before an evening out or on returning end of day , also room service was very strange set menu type of thing , 3 asian set menus to choose from , no snack style offerings which is often what one feels like after a hard days shopping.”

“rooms were just OK. The walls were paper thin and I was awakened by other people showering. Ameneties were bad and the water and the food in the mini-bar was unexcusable and cheap. Entertainment and TV was a joke.”

“The room was beautifully decorated, light and open and perfectly situated in the middle of one of the only areas in Singapore with anything interesting to offer. My room had a patio with two huge french doors that opened onto it, meaning I could get some much needed fresh air in a city where you go from one air conditioned space to another. All the complimentary bathroom products were by Kiehls, which means that with the new restrictions of traveling with liquids and gels there's no need to pack any of your own!”

“We enjoyed the hotel. It offered free water and free internet access. However, the room was somewhat claustrophobic and had insufficient storage space. We loved the outside bathtub.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The Bose ipod dock and generous amounts of Kiehl's products made the difference. The room was so wonderful, I just wanted to stay in all day. Also, the staff was genuinely nice and happy. They made all the difference. This is now one of our favorite hotels....”

“I had a room with a loft bedroom which was less than user-friendly. Rooms facing the courtyard overlook each other - you have to keep the blinds down. Staff are friendly.”

“Arrived late at night after travelling for over thirty hours: what a perfact, cool oasis and warm welcome! Great location - easy to get to from the airport by subway. Quirky, boutique atmosphere. Room was compact but wonderfully unique. Outstanding breakfast in the restaurant every day. Great to have the small pool for a late afternoon dip after a day of touring. Easy and strong access to the WIFI.”
