“The location is absolutely stunning and the rooms are super large with one of the biggest beds I've ever slept in. The staff are excellent in every way........always there to do anything they can to make the experience more enjoyable. I would recommend The Viceroy for anyone looking for a special getaway.”
What the hotel could do better:
“Because the Hotel only has 11 Villas, the restaurant is very quiet.........we found that of an evening we wanted to be surrounded by a few more people and would opt to go into Ubud and find somewhere with a crowd. At most there would only be ourselves and 1 other couple eating at the Hotel.”
