2. “Get your gluttony on at this tapas spot inspired by the seven deadly sins. The beautiful people and great music give Envy a hip, exclusive vibe, but the ultra-friendly service will make you feel like you've been dining there for years. Hang out for long enough and you might be lucky enough to sample special, off-the-menu items courtesy of the chef.”

3. “A fabulous dark and cosy restaurant in the Prinsengacht. The ambience os relaxed and informal, with a row of high tavern-like tables between the dinner tables and the bespoke wall mounted refrigerators displaying the fresh products about to be cooked. Dinner starts with a sturdy selections of finely sliced italian smoked meats, bread and olive oil. Excellent wine selection. The impeccable 4 course chef's menu is artfully presented. A heavenly mini steak tartare, and a craft-full slow cooked breast of chicken with gorgonzola sauce leave an excellent impression. An absolute must in Amsterdam.”

4. “Fabulous menu which allows you to select from starters and mains, for example you can have three starters. Staff friendly and non-pretentious. We had the Chef's 4 course menu which was a surprise compilation and was fabulous.”
