The restaurant is located half a block down the Hotel Montalembert, at 5 rue de Montalembert. The food is excellent. We had the tasting menu but they also have a la carte to choose from the menu. We had the best mashed potatoes we have ever had in our life. The la pomme - the "deconstruction apple tart and green apple sobert" is excellent. The whole meal is memorable. The open kitchen concept let the guests can watch all the cooking activities. The interiors are impecable. The service is professional. The server explained us every dishes. The wine list is sufficient but not overwhelming.

A truly memorable experience - service is impeccable. Some dishes work better than others; the standout for me was the poached egg served in a martini glass with strict (!) instructions on how to eat it.The seating arrangements are interesting, not so good for a large group, but as we were a couple, it suited us fine. The wine list is good, although it would be easy to go crazy (Petrus anyone?).Quite pricey, but for the experience alone, I think it is worth it!

Wonderful restaurant! Tasting menu is absolutely delicious :-) Make sure you get a table at the bar (there are 4 seats that are not at the bar - just next to a window). Book for lunch - so you can walk off the delicious food!
